The doctor just called and it's 100% positive.....Tanner definitely has H1N1 - Swine Flu :(
He's doing a little better today but we still can't break the fever. Say a little prayer for him!

Lemon Roasted Chicken
Lemon Roasted Chicken
This is one of those "throw together in a pinch" dinners that I came up with that our family LOVES. It's easy, delicious, and soooo comforting. Perfect for a chilly fall dinner!
4 - 6 chicken leg quarters (or you could use a whole cut chicken) 2 - 3 lemons garlic salt pepper oregano (dried leaves works best) olive oil
Preheat oven to 350. Place chicken quarters in a glass baking dish. Drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle with garlic salt, oregano, and pepper. Quarter lemons and squeeze juice over chicken. Don't throw those used lemon wedges out! Place them throughout chicken pieces. Bake for 1 hour or until chicken is nice and golden on top.
